# Change or reset your password

## Update security credentials for corporate users

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the Granite corporate portal.

### Where to do this

Go to the corporate portal: **corporate.granite.eg**

#### Reset your password

1. On the login page, click **Forgot password**.
2. Enter your **registered email address**.
3. Click **Send** (or **Reset password**).
4. Check your inbox for the password reset email from Granite.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
6. Return to **corporate.granite.eg** and log in with your new password.

#### Tips

- If you don’t see the email, check **Spam/Junk**.
- Make sure you enter the same email that is registered on your corporate account.
- If the reset link expires, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
