No. Granite does not charge any hidden fees. All returns are shown net of the 2% annual management fee and operating expenses.
The applicable bank transfer fees per withdrawal transaction are charged directly by our partner bank and are as follows:
- EGP Withdrawals to CIB Accounts: 2 EGP
- EGP Withdrawals to Other Banks: 15 EGP
- USD Withdrawals to CIB Accounts: $1
- USD Withdrawals to Other Banks: $10.5
These charges are deducted separately so you receive the exact amount requested. Any applicable fees are clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction.
