How to Add Funds to Your Account
Deposit money into your Granite account
You can add funds to your Granite account via bank transfer or InstaPay.
Step 1: Get Granite's Bank Details
- Tap "Deposit" on your home screen
- View Granite's collection account details:
- Bank name and branch
- Account number
- IBAN
- SWIFT code
Step 2: Make the Transfer
- Use your bank's mobile app or online banking
- Select InstaPay or regular bank transfer
- Enter Granite's account details as the beneficiary
- Enter the amount you want to deposit
- Complete the transfer
Important Information:
- Processing Hours: Deposits are processed during banking hours (9:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Same-Day Processing: Transfers received before cutoff time appear same day
- After Hours: Transfers after cutoff time show as "Cash in Transit" until next business day
- Tracking: Check the Activity screen to monitor your deposit status
Deposit Statuses:
- Pending: Transfer is being processed
- Confirmed: Money received and added to your balance
