How Do I Add Funds to my GRANITE USD Account?

Step-by-step guide to transferring USD to GRANITE.

  1. Add Your Bank Account: First, you need to add your USD bank account(s) to GRANITE app. Go to Account > Bank Accounts > Add new bank account. Please ensure the account is in your name.


  2. Download and Print the Following Documents:

    • Contract: Go to Account > Contract (this is the agreement between you and GRANITE).

    • USD Prospectus: Go to Account > Money Market Fund Prospectus, choose USD from the top right corner.

     

  3. Choose Deposit Methods: Once you have the documents, you can choose one of two ways to add funds to your account:


    1. Bank Transfer: Visit your own bank branch to initiate a transfer to GRANITE using the printed documents.

    2. Cash Deposit: Visit any CIB bank branch with the printed documents to make a direct cash deposit. Please note that you must perform the deposit yourself, and don't forget to include your mobile number registered on GRANITE in the deposit details.

Bank Details: You can find the necessary GRANITE Bank Details on the Transfer In page. Please double-check that you have selected the correct fund on that page to view the correct USD bank account information.

Important Notes:

  • Cut-off Time Details: You can check the specific daily cut-off times for the USD fund by visiting this page.

  • Redemption Requests: You can initiate a redemption request through the app at any time (24/7).

  • Redemption Cycle: Redemptions for the USD fund occur once a week.

  • Redemption Cut-off: The cut-off time is every Monday before 12:00 PM to be processed within the same week. Requests made after this time will be processed in the following week's cycle.
  • Funds Transfer: Once processed, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within T+2 (two business days).
