Keeping Your Account Secure

Protect Your PIN:

• Never share your 6-digit PIN with anyone
• Don't write it down where others can find it
• Change it regularly
• Don't use obvious combinations (birthdays, 123456)

Enable Biometrics:

• Use Face ID or fingerprint for faster, more secure login
• Biometric data stays on your device only

Monitor Your Account:

• Check your transaction history regularly
• Enable push notifications for all transactions
• Report suspicious activity immediately

Device Security:

• Keep your phone locked with a passcode
• Don't share your device with others when logged in
• Log out on shared devices
• Keep the Granite app updated

Recognize Phishing:

• Granite will NEVER ask for your PIN via phone, email, or SMS
• Verify you're on the official Granite app
• Don't click suspicious links claiming to be from Granite
