Change or reset your password

Update security credentials for corporate users

If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the Granite corporate portal.

Where to do this

Go to the corporate portal: corporate.granite.eg


Reset your password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password.

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. Click Send (or Reset password).

  4. Check your inbox for the password reset email from Granite.

  5. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

  6. Return to corporate.granite.eg and log in with your new password.


Tips

  • If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk.

  • Make sure you enter the same email that is registered on your corporate account.

  • If the reset link expires, repeat the steps above to request a new one.
