The liveness check ensures it's really you creating the account.

Requirements:

• Position your face inside the oval frame
• Remove sunglasses, masks, or face coverings
• Face the camera directly
• Use a neutral expression

Lighting Tips:

• Ensure adequate lighting on your face
• Avoid backlighting (windows behind you)
• No harsh shadows
• Face should be clearly visible

During the Scan:

• Hold your device at eye level
• Keep your face centered
• Don't move until complete
• Follow any on-screen prompts

Common Issues:

• Too dark: Move to a brighter area
• Too bright: Avoid direct sunlight
• Face not detected: Remove glasses or face coverings
• Movement detected: Hold very still
