I Didn't Receive My OTP
Fix OTP delivery issues
For Mobile OTP:
Step 1: Basic Checks
- Verify you entered the correct phone number
- Check your SMS inbox and spam folder
- Ensure you have cellular signal
Step 2: Wait and Retry
- Wait for the 60-second timer to complete
- Tap "Resend OTP"
- Check your messages again
Step 3: Common Issues
- SMS delays: Can take 1-2 minutes during peak times
- Number registered elsewhere: This number may already be in use
- Network issues: Switch between WiFi and mobile data
For Email OTP:
Step 1: Check Your Inbox
- Look in your spam/junk folder
- Check promotions or updates tabs (Gmail)
- Verify you entered the correct email address
Step 2: Resend
- Wait for the 60-second timer
- Tap "Resend OTP"
- Check all email folders again
Still Not Working? After 3 failed attempts, you may be temporarily locked. Contact customer support with:
- Your registered phone number or email
- Last 4 digits of your National ID
- Description of the issue
