Location Services Not Working

Enable location access for the app

Location services are required by government regulations for financial services.

For iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to Granite app
  3. Tap "Location"
  4. Select "While Using the App" or "Always"

For Android:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap "Apps" or "Applications"
  3. Find and tap Granite
  4. Tap "Permissions"
  5. Tap "Location"
  6. Select "Allow only while using the app" or "Allow all the time"

After Enabling:

  1. Close the Granite app completely
  2. Reopen the app
  3. Continue with your setup

Still Not Working?

  • Ensure Location Services are enabled system-wide
  • Restart your device
  • Contact support if issues persist
