Location Services Not Working
Enable location access for the app
Location services are required by government regulations for financial services.
For iPhone:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Granite app
- Tap "Location"
- Select "While Using the App" or "Always"
For Android:
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Apps" or "Applications"
- Find and tap Granite
- Tap "Permissions"
- Tap "Location"
- Select "Allow only while using the app" or "Allow all the time"
After Enabling:
- Close the Granite app completely
- Reopen the app
- Continue with your setup
Still Not Working?
- Ensure Location Services are enabled system-wide
- Restart your device
- Contact support if issues persist
