My Deposit Isn't Showing (Corporate)

Troubleshoot missing deposits

If you transferred funds but don't see them in your account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Linked Bank Account

Transfers must come from a linked bank account. If you haven't added the account you're transferring from, please add it to your Granite profile immediately.

Step 2: Check Timing

Deposits are processed as soon as the funds reach the fund's bank account. However, the timing of your investment depends on the daily 2:00 PM cut-off time:

  • Before 2:00 PM: If your funds are received before the cut-off, they will be used to purchase fund certificates at the price announced that same day. Your returns will start being calculated as soon as the purchase is executed.
  •  After 2:00 PM: If your funds arrive after 2:00 PM, the transaction is moved to the next business day. During this time, your funds may appear as "Money in Transit" until they are officially used to purchase certificates at the next available price.

Note on Weekends and Holidays: For transfers made after 2:00 PM on the last working day before a holiday, the request will be executed on the first business day following the break using the price from the day before.

Step 3: Verify Transfer Details Double-check that you sent the transfer to:

  • Correct bank account number
  • Correct IBAN
  • Granite's designated collection account

Step 4: Check Transaction Status

  1. Go to Activity/History screen
  2. Look for your deposit
  3. Check the status:
    • Pending: Being processed
    • Confirmed: Received and added to balance

Step 5: Wait for Processing If your transfer was made during business hours, wait 2-3 hours for processing.

Still Not Showing? If it's been more than one business day:

  1. Gather your transaction reference from your bank
  2. Submit a dispute form through the app
  3. Our back office will investigate within 24 hours
