Submitting a Dispute
How to report transaction issues
When to Submit a Dispute:
- Deposit not received after 1 business day
- Unauthorized transaction
- Incorrect amount processed
- Withdrawal not completed
How to Submit:
- Go to the transaction in your Activity screen
- Tap on the transaction
- Select "Report Issue" or "Dispute"
- Fill in the dispute form with:
- Transaction date and time
- Amount
- Description of issue
- Any supporting documents (bank receipt, screenshots)
- Submit the form
What Happens Next:
- Our back office team reviews within 24 hours
- You'll receive an update via email and app notification
- Additional information may be requested
- Resolution communicated once investigation complete
Resolution Time: Most disputes are resolved within 3-5 business days.
