Made a transfer but it’s not showing in your balance?

If your transfer hasn’t appeared, here’s what to do.

If your recent transfer hasn’t reflected in your GRANITE balance yet, it may still be in transit or pending settlement from the banking system. Don’t worry — it will be processed as soon as it reaches our account.

To help us track it faster:
Log in to the GRANITE app, go to
Profile > Report Unreceived Transfers,
and submit the transaction details. Our team will follow up and confirm once it’s received.
