Submitting a Dispute
How to report transaction issues
When to Submit a Dispute:
- Deposit not received after 1 business day
- Unauthorized transaction
- Incorrect amount processed
- Withdrawal not completed
How to Submit:
Log in to your account on the GRANITE app. Go to Account > Report Unreceived Transfers, select the bank account you transferred from, and complete the form.
What Happens Next:
- Our back office team reviews within 24 hours
- You'll receive an update via email and app notification
- Additional information may be requested
- Resolution communicated once investigation complete
Resolution Time: Most disputes are resolved within 3-5 business days.
