Understanding Your Transaction History

 The Transaction History screen shows all your account activities.

Accessing History:

• Tap "Activity" in the bottom navigation
• Or access from the home screen menu

View Options:

• All: Complete transaction history
• Deposits: Only incoming transfers
• Withdrawals: Only outgoing transfers

Transaction Information: Each transaction shows:

• Date and time
• Transaction type (Deposit/Withdrawal/Accrual)
• Amount
• Status
• Transaction reference

Understanding Statuses:

For Withdrawals:

• Pending: Request submitted, not yet processed
• Rejected: Error occurred (contact support)
• Redeemed: Units deducted, money credited
• Initiated: Bank transfer started to your account
• Settled: Bank confirmed transfer is complete

For Deposits:

• Pending: Transfer received, being processed
• Confirmed: Transfer received and added to your balance

Viewing Details: Tap any transaction to see:

• Full transaction details
• Timestamps
• Account information
• Reference numbers
