6. How the Service Works
When funds are transferred to the designated Subscription & Redemption account and successfully reconciled:
- Your subscription order is processed according to the applicable cut-off time.
- Units are issued in the underlying money market fund.
- Your balance reflects the value of your fund units based on the applicable NAV.
Withdrawals are processed as redemption orders from the fund.
Current operational timings, cut-off times, processing schedules, and banking rules are displayed within the app and may be updated from time to time.
7. Cut-Off Times & Processing
Current standard cut-off time is 2:00 PM Cairo time on Business Days unless otherwise communicated.
- Transactions submitted before cut-off are generally processed the same Business Day.
- Transactions submitted after cut-off are processed on the next Business Day.
- Banking system delays, holidays, weekends, force majeure events, or reconciliation issues may impact processing times.
Funds transferred after banking hours may appear as “Money in Transit” until verified and reconciled.
