Can I transfer funds in or out during weekends or outside banking hours?

Transfers can be made anytime - processing follows banking schedules.

You can initiate transfers at any time, including outside banking hours, on weekends, or during official holidays, but settlement depends on the method and timing:

  • Transfers via InstaPay (outside banking hours, weekends, or holidays):
    Will appear as “Cash in Transit” and be processed on the next business day.

  • Bank transfers received after the daily cut-off time (2:00 PM Cairo time):
    Will also appear as “Cash in Transit” until the next business day.

This applies to both deposits and withdrawals. Once banks reopen, the transfer will be settled and reflected in your balance or bank account.
