Withdrawal Process

Transfer funds from Granite to company bank account

You can withdraw funds from your Granite corporate account to your company bank account directly from the dashboard.

Important

  • Funds can only be withdrawn to a bank account that has been verified.
    If you have not added or verified a bank account yet, follow the steps in the Add Bank Account article first.


How to request a withdrawal

1) Open Withdrawals

  1. Log in to the Corporate Dashboard.

  2. From the sidebar, click Withdrawals.

2) Create a withdrawal request

  1. Click Create withdrawal.

  2. Select the verified bank account you want to withdraw to.

  3. Enter the amount.

  4. Review the details, then Submit.

3) Approval and co-signing (if applicable)

After submission, the request may require one or both of the following actions (based on your account setup):

  • Approval

  • Co-signature

Once all required steps are completed, the withdrawal will be processed and sent to the selected verified bank account.


Who can do what 

  • Create a withdrawal: Signatory, Co-Signatory, Maker

  • View withdrawals (list): Signatory, Co-Signatory, Maker, Checker

  • Approve a withdrawal: Signatory, Checker

  • Co-sign a withdrawal: Co-Signatory only

  • Delete a withdrawal request: Signatory, Co-Signatory, Checker
