How to change my registered phone number at GRANITE

You can now update your registered phone number directly through the app quickly and securely, without needing to contact customer support.

Follow the simple steps below to update your mobile number.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • The latest version of the app installed on your phone.
  • Access to your new mobile number to receive the SMS verification code (OTP).

     Important: The new mobile number must be legally registered under your full name with your telecom provider. 

Steps to Update Your Mobile Number

  1. Open the App and log in to your account.
  2. Tap on the Account tab located at the bottom menu.
  3. Next to your mobile number, tap the Edit icon.
  4. Enter your app Security PIN to authorize the change.
  5. Enter your new mobile number and tap Continue.
  6. You will receive a Verification Code (OTP) via SMS on your new mobile number.
  7. Enter the code in the app to complete the verification process.
