How to change my registered phone number at GRANITE

At the moment, updating your registered phone number directly through the GRANITE app is not available. This is part of our security measures to ensure the safety of your account and financial data.

Current Status

  • Direct In-App Change: Currently unavailable.

  • Alternative: If you urgently need to update your phone number, please contact our support team at [cs@granite.eg] for manual verification and assistance.

We are excited to share that we are working on a Self-Service Phone Update feature. This will allow you to securely change your number within the app using advanced verification methods.


Note: This feature is expected to be released very soon in one of our upcoming updates. Keep your app updated to the latest version to be the first to use it!

 

Why can't I change it now?

Your phone number is a primary security identifier for your investment account. To prevent unauthorized access, we currently handle these requests with extra layers of verification through our customer operations team.
