Sign up and create a corporate account

Complete guide to creating your company's Granite account

Before you start

Have the following ready:

  • A mobile number you can receive SMS on

  • Access to your email inbox

  • Your company name (English)

  • Optional: a Sales Representative Referral Code (5 characters)


Step 1 of 5: Phone verification

  1. Enter your phone number.

  2. Click Send OTP.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.

  4. Click Verify & Continue.

Tip: If you did not receive the code, use Resend Code once the timer allows.


Step 2 of 5: Email verification

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Click Send OTP.

  3. Open your inbox and copy the 6-digit verification code.

  4. Enter the code and click Verify & Continue.

Note: The email verification code expires (shown in the email). If it expires, request a new code.


Step 3 of 5: Personal information

  1. Enter your First Name.

  2. Enter your Last Name.

  3. Click Continue.


Step 4 of 5: Set your password

  1. Enter your Password.

  2. Re-enter it in Confirm Password.

  3. Click Continue.

Password requirements:

  • At least 14 characters

  • Includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols


Step 5 of 5: Account setup

  1. Enter your Corporate Name (English).

  2. Optional: enter the Sales Representative Referral Code (5 characters).

  3. Click Complete Registration.


What happens after sign up?

After registration, your account is created and you will land on the Dashboard with:

  • Corporate Status: Inactive

  • KYC Verification Required

To activate your account, click Submit KYC Request (or go to Settings > KYC Requests) and complete the KYB process.

KYB requires uploading:

  • Commercial Register

  • Tax ID

  • Articles of Association


Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive an OTP: check the phone number/email, wait for the timer, then use Resend Code.

  • Email OTP not found: check Spam/Junk.

  • Password not accepted: confirm it meets the minimum length and complexity requirements above
