How to Withdraw Funds

Transfer money from Granite to your bank account

Withdraw funds from your Granite account to any registered bank account.

Before You Start:

  • You must have at least one registered bank account
  • The bank account must be in your legal name
  • Ensure you have sufficient balance

Step 1: Access Withdrawals

  1. Tap "Withdraw" on your home screen
  2. Select your registered bank account
  3. (Or add a new bank account if needed)

Step 2: Enter Amount

  1. Type the amount you want to withdraw
  2. Review the summary:
    • Withdrawal amount
    • Bank transfer fees
    • Net amount you'll receive

Step 3: Confirm

  1. Review all details carefully
  2. Enter your 6-digit PIN (or use biometrics)
  3. Confirm the withdrawal

Step 4: Track Status

  • Check the Activity screen for status updates
  • You'll receive push and email confirmations

Processing Times:

  • Business Hours: Withdrawals processed during banking hours
  • Same Day: Most withdrawals complete same business day
  • After Hours: Shown as "Outgoing Cash in Transit" until next business day

Withdrawal Statuses:

  • Pending: Request not yet processed
  • Redeemed: Units deducted, money credited
  • Initiated: Bank transfer started
  • Settled: Transfer confirmed by bank
  • Rejected: Error occurred (rare - contact support)
