I changed my phone number ownership — why can’t I sign up on GRANITE?

Phone number changes need to reflect in NTRA records before we can proceed.

According to FRA regulations, Granite is required to verify that your phone number is registered in your name through the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA). When you change ownership of your line at the mobile operator, the operator must notify NTRA — and that update can take time to reflect in their systems.

Unfortunately, this process is outside of Granite’s control. The best course of action is to keep retrying the sign-up process. Once NTRA records are updated, your registration will go through automatically.
