I Didn't Receive My OTP

Fix OTP delivery issues

For Mobile OTP:

Step 1: Basic Checks

  • Verify you entered the correct phone number
  • Check your SMS inbox and spam folder
  • Ensure you have cellular signal

Step 2: Wait and Retry

  • Wait for the 60-second timer to complete
  • Tap "Resend OTP"
  • Check your messages again

Step 3: Common Issues

  • SMS delays: Can take 1-2 minutes during peak times
  • Number registered elsewhere: This number may already be in use
  • Network issues: Switch between WiFi and mobile data

For Email OTP:

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

  • Look in your spam/junk folder
  • Check promotions or updates tabs (Gmail)
  • Verify you entered the correct email address

Step 2: Resend

  • Wait for the 60-second timer
  • Tap "Resend OTP"
  • Check all email folders again

Still Not Working? After 3 failed attempts, you may be temporarily locked. Contact customer support with:

  • Your registered phone number or email
  • Last 4 digits of your National ID
  • Description of the issue
