Managing Users and Permissions
Add team members and control access levels
Granite corporate accounts use role-based access. Each team member is assigned a role, and that role determines what they can view and what actions they can take in the corporate dashboard.
Corporate roles

Who can manage team access?
Only Signatories and Co-Signatories can access Team Members and manage users:

Invite a user
-
Edit a user’s role
-
Archive (remove) a user
Makers and Checkers cannot access Team Members.
Accessing Team Members

Log in to the Corporate Dashboard.

Go to Team Members.
From there, you can manage your organization’s users.
Invite a user
Use this when you want to add a new team member to your corporate account.

Go to Team Members.

Click Invite user.

Enter the user’s details.

Select the role you want to assign (Signatory, Co-Signatory, Maker, or Checker).

Send the invite.
Who can invite

Signatory: can invite all roles

Co-Signatory: can invite Maker only
Edit a user’s role
Use this when a team member’s responsibilities change.

Go to Team Members.

Find the user you want to update.

Click Edit role.

Select the new role.
-
Save changes.
Who can edit roles

Signatory: ✅

Co-Signatory: ✅
Archive (remove) a user
Use this when someone should no longer have access to the corporate account.

Go to Team Members.

Find the user you want to remove.
-
Click Archive user.

Confirm.
Important
-
Archiving a user removes their access to the corporate dashboard.
-
It does not remove historical activity they performed while they had access.
