Can My Bank Request Documentation for a USD Transfer?

What to do if your bank asks for proof of purpose.

Yes. Your bank may request the reason for the transfer or supporting documentation before releasing USD funds.

You may provide a copy of
1-GRANITE USD Fund Prospectus: This serves as legal proof of the investment’s nature and the fund’s activities.

2-The Contract between you and GRANITE: This is the agreement you signed electronically within the app, which serves as formal proof of your subscription to the fund.

Where to find these documents:

You can easily download both the Prospectus and the Contract directly from the Transfer In page inside the app. You will find them under the Important Notes and Transfer Instructions sections.Note on Bank Visits: In most cases, these documents are only required for your first transfer. We recommend checking with your bank to see if they will keep these on file for future transactions or if you will need to provide them again.
