Why can't I see one of our corporate bank accounts when trying to make a withdrawal, even though it was used before?
Any bank account added by a corporate-maker must first be approved by a designated signatory before it becomes available for use. If the account isn’t visible, it likely hasn’t been approved yet. A signatory must log in and approve the account under the “Bank Accounts” section. If the designated approver is a co-signatory, they will need one or more additional co-signatories to approve it together. Alternatively, a signatory with sole authority can approve it alone, or update another user’s role from the “Team Members” section to grant them the same authority.
